Column Headers in PWA Project Center

Good Morning -

I'm using Project Server 2003 and have a question about the way several
column headers display in a PWA Project Center custom view. I've customized
several Enterprise Fields within the Enterprise Global Template. As a
specific example, I customized the "Enterprise Project Text1" field and
renamed it "Program Area". I then created a custom view in PWA Project
Center to display the custom field along with other project info. The
project data (i.e. Program Area details) display correctly in the view, but
the column header is not "Program Area" - nor is it "Enterprise Project
Text1". Instead, the column header is "Enterprise Project Flag 19".

Any suggestions on how to make the column header display correctly?
Thanks!

That's interesting. After years of implementing and hosting Project
Server 2003 without ever seeing anything like this, we encountered
this problem for the first time lately. Our "Enterprise Project
Outline Code8" should be labeled as Project Manager, but has instead
gotten the label "Enterprise Project Date6."

I have submitted the issue to Microsoft Professional Support Services,
and am waiting for their response. They didn't seem to have any quick
ideas on this.

We have a work around, but it only lasts until a project is published,
so it's not very effective. Because the work around involves modifying
the database directly I am reluctant to pass it on.

Sorry I don't have any answers, but you have company...

Can't believe I didn't find this before. MS just got back to me and
they are sending a hot fix:
It applies to 2003 in use with SQL 2005.
