Column order in Mail Merge Recipient Box

How do I establish the order in which my database columns
appear in the Mail Merge Recipient box? For example, I
have 25 columns and would like Last Name to always be seen
first. Thanks!

I'm afraid there's absolutely nothing you can do about this.
Word will do it the way Word thinks best - there's no
interface for changing the order.
