column swapping

I would like to know how I can swap two columns. Like, i would like to switch the contents in column B with the contents in column C.

Insert a column between A and C. Then Copy column D and paste it into the
new empty column B. Then delete column D.

Alternatively:

- Select Column C
- Cut it (Edit/Cut or CMD-x. Note: it won't disappear immediately)
- Select column B
- Insert (CTRL-i or Insert/Cut Cells
