Column Widths Changing - For No Reason???

Well, actually, I'm sure there is a reason, but I can't figure it out. I
have a file done in Excel 2003; looks fine. But when it is sent to someone
with Excel 2002 and they open it, some column widths have changed. Anyone
have an idea of what could be causing this to happen?

They have a different screen resolution and/or a different default system
font size.
