I have a subform that is having problems in Access 2003 that was not a
problem in Access 97. I set the column widths on the subform to the way I
want them. When I clsoe the parent form, much to my suprise the subform did
not retain the fields column widths.
I was able to do this in Access 97. What is up here? It seems to me that
these nice features dealing with column widths and placements have
disappeared in Access 2003. I have posted here before about the placements
not saving and I was given some code to have the subform remember where the
fields go. Do I have to do the same thing for the columnsize of the control?
If so, how do you code it? You would think that Access 2003 could do what
Access 97 could do in this issue without any problems or writing special
code.
