ensure first that you have a blank column to the right of your existing
column
then
select your name column,
choose data / text to columns
choose delimited and press next
untick tab & tick comma
press finish

Hi,
In excel, I have a NAME column.

Ex: NAME

Tran,Hung
Nguyen,Quan
Huynh,Loc

I can't import the column to table(database) which has
LASTNAM and FIRSTNAM fiels.

Please show me how to separate Last name and First name so
that I can import them to table. (Access).

I have 10 sheets. If I separate last name and first name
by retype all, it will take a lot of time.

Is there a way to do it quicker?
