Columns in Lookup table in project server 2007

Couple of months back I was able to create a look table in project sever 2007
from project web access on our test server. There were 2 columns when
creating look table. value and description.
This week I was trying to do the same and I saw that no matter what I put in
the value column, it changes it to 1 for all the rows .This look uo table is
"text" type.
I looked at the look up table in our production system thru PWA and I saw
that there are 3 columns now Level, value and description. The Level column
has a value of 1.
For some reason I don't see this Level column in our test server and I think
the value column is behaving like level column but I can't see Level column.

I beleive there might be some patch applied but not sure what is the cause
of this behaviour.
I would appreciate any help.
