Columns labeled as numbers, not letters!

Help! I have office 97, and the columns are labeled as 1,
2, 3, 4 rather than A, B, C, D. The rows are still labled
as numbers. This makes working with formulas and
spreadsheets too frustrating!

Go to Tools > Options > General tab and uncheck the box
for "R1C1 reference style".
