Columns - Max Amount

Can you " Extend " max amount of columns to more than the
maximum 256.

I would like a grid about 30,000 rows by about 1600 wide.

Perhaps any other ideas ?

Paul,

The number of columns is fixed at 256 and cannot be increased.

Hi Paul
no chance with Excel. These are the limits!
So you may consider using a different application if this is a
requirement (and you can't divide your data on several worksheets)
