Columns

I have a list of over 50 items and want to create 3
columns so I can go accross for each new item. If I add
another item to the 1st column, expecting it to
automatically go to the 2nd column, it extends the 1st
column.
When i add an item to the 2nd column it's placed in the
middle and I can't get it to show at the top.
Where am i going wrong. OR is there a better way to
approach this situation?

Hi cheswyk,

When you enter items into table columns..they will always go into the cell
that you have selected..and not automatically from one column to the next.

If you have a three columned table start by first going into each column (or
cell) and under cell properties for "vertical alignment" choose "top"

Then type the text you want in each column.
