How can I get change column A to become field names and column B to file the
information into the correct fields in each column?

You can transpose the data, if you don't have more than 256 rows of data:

Select the data
Choose Edit>Copy
Select a starting cell to paste the data (e.g. Sheet2!A1)
Choose Edit>Paste Special
Select Transpose, click OK
