COM Add-in Error 1101

Whenever I click on the PERT Entry Sheet, I get a message that says, "An
error occurred in the COM Add-in named: Pert Analysis Error#: 1101 and says
my file was not found and to restart Project (2003 Standard). With no
results, how can I move forward?
