We are developing a com addin for MSWord using MFC
I followed the guidelines in the MSDN sample...
I am facing some problems:
1.Sometimes MSWord crashes and the message of "sorry for inconvience"
appears. this happened sometimes on closing word or during the functionality
of the addin. But it always happens if I have outlook running, and I closed
word then I closed outlook.
2.After installing the addin, I run MSWord and I don't find the menu and the
toolbar button. I close word and rerun it again here I find the menu but I
need to manually show the button in the toolbar.
3.Sometimes when I close word a popup message appears for saving NORMAL.DOT.
4.The addin is added to outlook, how can I prevent this.
5.Is there any book or reference about developing com addins for MSWord
using MFC?
