COM Addin does not appear in outlook2007

We developed a COM Addin using VB6.0. When we register this addin
outlook2007, the addin does not appear. what is observed is that the
"Add-Ins" menu items does not appear in the new message. It appears in the
other office applications. Can some one please help me.
In the Trust Center, it is showing as enable AddIn. Also we tried to install
addin available at microsoft.com, even those addins are not showing up.
Need some help.

If the addin is enabled it should be running. Do you get any errors in your
error log? Have you tried stepping your code under Outlook 2007 to see
what's happening?

For what it's worth all of my unconverted VB6 addins run under Outlook 2007
and show any Inspector UI in the Add-ins tab if the code doesn't support the
ribbon.
