Combination drop -down edit

I did menucosting worksheet in excel

How do I use combination drop-down edit ?

I can find the option in View-toolbars-form-combination
drop-down edit is disable.

I can use combobox but i need to scroll under to find the
item.

Please help me to my solve problem.
