Hi Graham!

Not a lot for us to go on here.

Here's a couple of examples:

=PMT(6%/12,120,100000,0,0)+PMT(6.75%/12,120,50000,0,0)

=IF(B5<4,"Low Range",IF(AND(B5>=4,B5<7),"Mid Range","High Range"))

But just tell us a bit more about what you want and give sample data.
