combine 4 presentations into 1 & no dups-is there an easy way?

I have four powerpoint presentations that all have great slides, but I don't
want them all. Without doing a manual cut and paste, is there a way to pull
all of them together by numerical order and then I can go through the batch
of slides and cut out the ones I don't want to keep. Even a 4 way split
screen would be helpful if it were possible.

I don't know an easy way, but you can see all 4 at the same time by opening
the 4 files and then using Window | Arrange All to tile them on the screen.
