Combine a Group Filter Control and Hyperlink/Server Filter on 1 DA

I can't seem to get one DAP to contain BOTH a Group Filter Control and a
hyperlinked page with a ServerFilter? I can make them work independent of
one another and I can have the hyperlinked page without a ServerFilter, but I
get DataBinding errors when both are on the same DAP.

Any suggestions?
