Combine Data From Different Rows

Help, there is a terrific example out there somewhere and
I cannot find it. This example family tables with
individual names of people listed in rows. This query
then, for example, concatenates the names to show Smith:
Don, John, Ron under first name and Smith under last. I
need to find this example. Thanks in advance.

might try searching there.
