Combining 2 or more files with hyperlinks within each file.

Is there a way to combine 2 or more pp files into one and have the hyperlinks
in each individual file still work once the files are combined? For example:

File 1 - Has hyperlinks pointing between slides within this file.
File 2 - Has hyperlinks pointing between slides within this file.

Once combined, how do I get the hyperlinks that were in file 2 to work in
the combined file?

I really hope someone can understand my question!!! Thanks,
