combining an if statement

I would like to have a cell that combines static text with an if statement.
it might look something like, The if(x=4, 2004, if(x=5, 2005, if(x=6,
2006,0))) annual report is now avilable. I understand how to write the IF
statement, i am just unsure of the formating that will allow me to acheive
the sentence i would like. I did this function about 3 years ago, i just
don't remember how.

To get the text to appear put it in quotes "2004" "annual report is now
available"
etc

available"
