Combining calendars in Outlook 2002

Debra

I've just set up a new PC and am trying to copy my calendar appointments from
one to the other. I thought I had it figured out but what I have now are two
complete sets of Personal Folders, including my inbox, calendar, contacts,
etc. I just copied all the contacts from one folder to the other but I do
not know how to "merge" my calendars. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

Same procedure. Copy from one folder to another. In calendar folders, the By Category view is very helpful for this opeartion.

Thank you very much. Using the Category view made it much easier! Now that
I've copied the data/appointments from one calendar to the other (and also
the Contacts from the old folder to the new) is it possible or advisable to
delete the "Old" unused Personal Folders? I tried but they seem to be
protected in order to prevent accidental loss.

You can remove the folder from the current Outlook display with the File | Data File Management dialog.
