I use Excel mainly for woking on mailing lists (not for sending junk mail,
don't worry =) Anyway, each time that I combine two seperate lists, I fineed
to go through manually and search for double entries. Sometimes, the data
are the exact same in every column, (usually there are columns titled FIRST,
MI, LAST, ADDRESS1, ADDRESS2, etc.), sometimes not. When dealing with
small lists, this isn't a problem, but when it's a list of 1000+, it's quite
tedious. It seems to me there should be a way to have Excel automatically
highlight or alert if there are two identical cells, one right atop the other,
but I have no idea how to do this. Any ideas?
