Combining / Merging Excel Reports

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to to have one report with 500
lines auto-populate the main report with 1400 lines ?

I need to update my on-hand list with 1400 lines every week. The repor
I use has 5000 lines in it. It takes a lot of time to do it manuall
line by line.

Please help........
