is there a program that will let me save PDF, Excel, Word documents in one
file?

right now I'm using a system of folders : (1) for drawings (PDF, DWG, or
DXF), (1) for correspondence (word, or Excel), (1) for Pictures
I then assign a number to each project and save the files accordingly
but I would like to be able to find the needed files faster and more
conveniently
