I have a table that has the following:

TransactionID Location Account CustNum RateCD
12245 6806 456748 1 8D

34576 5709 543789 3 2E

The Desired result is the following:

TransactionID Location Account CustNum RateCD
12245 6806 456748 1 8D,6F
34576 5709 543789 3 2E
