combining Project Prof 2002 and Project Server 2003

Is it possible to organize a connection between MS Project Professional 2002 and MS Project Server 2003
I remember such announcements before releasing MS Project Server 2003.

One thing to watch for is that once you run the scripts on the Project Server 2002 and then use this updated server to migrate to Project Server 2003, you can no longer connect Project Pro 2002 to this updated Project Server 2003. At least that was our experience
