Combining Rows with multiple records

For example I have 5 rows of information about a particular product. The
information in each row is identical except fo rthe location. Is there a way
to combine the 5 rows and group the locations in one column?
Let's say the Product is Apples, Color is always RED, Qty is always a A
Dozen, but there are five different locations. I would like to group the data
and merge all of the locations into one cell. Maybe this can be done in MS
Access or some type of Pivot?

Hi,

You essentially want to group data is what i understand. To acomplish this
use the Group and Outline function in the Data menu.

Select the rows which you want to collapse and then click on Group. Select
rows

Now click on the - sign to collapse the rows
