I knew this is probably something simple but I have 2
spreadsheets, exact same Columns, what is the easiest way
to combine them? I tried Consolidate data but can't seem
to get it right? Thanks.

Hi!

Can you say what you want when you say "combine"?
Options include:
consolidate two lists with the same headings as a single list;
copy the worksheets out of one book into the other;
Add values in corresponding cells in the two worksheets (e.g. combinin
Jan and Feb sales)
They are all possibe. There will be others....

Good morning...We will need to combine 2 of the same
worksheets into one- they ahve the same column headings,
there are 2 different people working on it at the same
time and then the files are sent to 1 person to update.
Thanks!

It sounds to me as though you should have ONE workbook that is SHARED. When
you mark it as shared, there's an option to allow (or disallow) multiple users
to change the document at the same time. If you allow that, you can later
merge the workbooks.

Look up "shared workbook" in Help to get more information about setting up the
sharing, and the pro's and con's (some types of changes are not allowed when a
workbook is shared).
