combining text & number from different cells

Please help:
I need to combine text from one cell & number from another,
how to combine them to one cell while formatting the number presented?

Hi ExcelXYZ,

A1: ABC
B1: 200.00
C1: =A1& TEXT(B1,"0.00") ==> ABC 200.00

Say you have text in A1 and number in B1.
=A1&" : "&TEXT(B1,"0,00")

You may enter any appropriate format instead of 0,00
