If there's just a little spillover, you can use the Shrink to Fit button on
the toolbar in Print Preview. If more shrinkage is needed, see

Ron,

Well obviously all all the text has to fit on one page.
Do you have empty paragraphs forcing the second page?
Display non-printing characters (CTRL+SHIFT+*) and delete
any extraneous paragraph marks following your last line of
text.

For other tips see:

If it is too much spillover, you have a two page letter. Otherwise,

1. Go to FILE/PAGESETUP and reduce the margins.
2. Reduce the font size for the entire letter by one click.
3. Do not indent paragrpahs.
4. Do not have a line between paragraphs
5. Place the cursor after the last letter of the last word and hit the delete key until the 2nd page disappears. (To delete hidden paragraph marks)

Good luck.
