combo box and query and code help me please

I have a form called permanent records and a form called daily attendance...
I have a queried combo box on the attendance form derived from the permanent
records form..

On the daily attendance form I have a combo box to choose selected name...
When the selected name is chose, I want to be able to choose from a combo box
the available choices for the selected name (authorization list of names)...

I need to create query for the authorization list based on a select name
choosen.

then, I need to be able to apply it to the form to make it availiable in the
fashion of :

choose name from name selection choices, and choose authorized person from
authorization list for the particular choice..

This is in the wrong NG. You want the formsprogramming NG or
whatever. But anyway, this does what you want.
