combo box based on a combo box

Hi, I am trying to link one combo box to another with combo a being the
filter for combo b. I have downloaded the sample database from the office
Online website and followed the instructions to set up the boxes.

It is quite straght forward but I get the "Enter Parameter Value" prompt
with the text "Forms!Combo Form!Category" instead of a drop down list.

I have tried it on another database but still get the "Enter Parameter Value".

If someone can point me in the right direction with the sample database then
I will try to emulate it in the form on te database I am creating.

Any help greatly appreciated.
