Combo box, list box not showing text

Using Access 2003 all of a sudden all combo and list boxes in all my
databases are showing only fields that are numeric. All of the text fields
are blank. Everything else seems to work fine. This problem is occuring on
all of the boxes that use a query or table for the record source. Has anyone
had this problem?

Known problem with service pack 3. Did you just install that? There is a
hot-fix you have to get from Microsoft.

Thanks, I thought it might be an SP3 problem, but I hadn't found the hotfix.
I installed it and everything worked.

This 945674 fix did not work for me. Is there fix for this fix? I heard you
have to re-install Access 2003, is that the only way?
