Combo box NOT working when CAPS ON

I have a combo box on a form. When two users try to use it with the caps
lock on, they can type the first letter and be OK, it shows matches that far.
They type the second letter and it still seems to work, but shows up lower
case. When they type the third letter, it no longer finds any matches??
There are plenty of matches. They can re-created it simply my turning the
caps lock on. One is using Access 2003, they other the XP runtime. I cannot
recreate it on my laptop running Access XP.
Any thoughts?
