Combo box on form misbehaves

At office, if I draw a combo-box on a form, I get to see a wizard, but not
so at home. Is there a setting which has changed? Thanks

Make sure the wizard is turned on.
When you click on the Toolbox toolbutton, the wand button should be
down.

so at home. Is there a setting which has changed?

Yes. On the Toolbox toolbar, there is a button that looks like a magic wand
with three rocks falling out of it (they're stars), and three horizontal
dots just below (they're ellipses). That's the Control Wizards button.
Select it with your mouse to toggle it back on, select it again to toggle it
off.
