Combo Box referring to selections of another combo box

I have a few combo boxes on my spreadsheet that I created from the control box. I have a list of states and contracts. What I want to do is when I select a state from the first drop-down, I want the second to automatically populate with only those contracts associated to that state. Is this possible? Thanks for your help!
