Combo box wizard has lost the third option

My combo box wizard has lost it's third option. It was intact
yesterday. I have read previous messages on this subject and I do have
a recordset, the form is bound to a query, I have tried the "Database
Repair" option. All without success.

What have I missed?

Are you certain it is bound to a saved query; or is it bound to a SQL
statement?

Many thanks, You were right. I misunderstood the reference to bound.
