combo box

I have a form with a look up field to select values. How do I make it work so
that I can add a new value if not in table and have that display on drop down
for subsequent records?

Yes I did do that. Thank you for the tip.

I am having one otehr issue now. My form has multiple fields where I want to
use your solution, however, it works for the first field, but not the second,
third etc.
Is there something else I should be doing?
