I have a combo box on my form that i made from a lookup table. I want to be able to save the data that i select from the combo box . what do i do

What do you want to do with the value or why you want to keep the value?... anyway... if you use the Wizard to put the combo box, wizard asks if you want to keep the value for later use. try it and let us know
