Combo lists in forms.

Hi

i have a number of combo lists on a form which allow user to select option
from a table and store within field on which the form is based.

Hiowever when i look at the record, I can see my combo box, but as I scroll
through my records, I cannot see which options have been selected, i just
see the blank combo box.

Is there any way round thisplease so that I can make my selection from the
combo box, but also so that Ican see the selection made at a later date
