In helping users stay with the 10-key keypad, I'd like a way
to have certain comboboxes essentially (or effectively) and
temporarily, shut off numlock. This is so that the numeric
keys, 2, 4, 6, and 8 can act as arrow keys to scroll up and
down in the combobox's list.
