ComboBox with multiple background colours

Is it possible to have a ComboBox have a different background colour for each
item?

It's easy enough to make the background the colour I want after item
selection, but I'd like the dropdown list to be coloured correctly too.

No. You can do it in VB 6.0 but not in Access.
