comdlg32.dll question

I'm using an API call to comdlg32.dll. I'm doing this on
a XP prof machine with Office 2003 installed. When I
deploy it to one of my users she receives a no library
found error when she tries using it.

Please help

Please post the code including the declaration at the top of the
module.
