Evidently, a license to distribute the common dialog ActiveX component
(comdlg32.ocx) is not included in the Access 2003 runtime tools (as it was
with Access 2000 and 2002). Does anyone have VBA code for using the comdlg32
API to open a file?

(I would use the FileDialog object, but it does not work with the runtime
files.)

Far superior to using the dialog anyhow: it's extremely prone to versioning
problems.
