Melissa, you're looking in the wrong place. The webpage can be confusing and
misled you: this is the "Access" group, for working with the database program
Microsoft Access. Scroll down the list of subject areas and find one for Word.

And... "ask here, get your answers here". Everyone who posts on these groups
is a volunteer, and it's traditional to answer in the groups, not by private
email. It's also a VERY BAD IDEA to publicly post your email address, since
spammers can and will harvest it to send you viruses and junk mail.

Your question may be better answered in a newsgroup appropriate to your
problem, like a Word newsgroup. This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft
Access database product. The Microsoft website is not all that clear and may
have misdirected you. Also, it is never a good idea to publish your real
email address on the Internet or in newsgroups. Between spambots collecting
it, and perverts who stalk women, you are taking a big chance.
