Command Button Wizard doesn't show up

I am using Microsoft Access 2003
I have created a form and would like to add a command button.
The command button wizard does not pop up. Is there something I need to do
to enable it ?

Hi

Yes, on the Toolbox Toolbar (you may need to enable that too) click on
the icon that looks like a wand with stars coming out of it that when
you hover the mouse over it says Control Wizards.
