Command Button Wizard

When I insert command button, Command Button Wizard does not open. But the
problem is not on the access file, it is on the computer. The wizard opens
other computers. Can I remove this problem without any expert support.

Make sure the wizard's wand (the stick with stars sprinkling out of
it) is depressed in the tool box.
