comment box's

I open a spread sheet, go to tools menu, options,general, delete what i
in the username box, but when I try to
insert a comment the same user name appears.

The basic user name in control panel, settings,users, continues t
appear. This has to stay as we have a home network.Can I stop this JUS
in excell, as this keeps resetting for each comment box

You can't leave the user name box blank, but there are some workaround
on the following page:
