Comment changes height

The problem: The height of comment fields changes at
random. It may become very tall, or get a height of zero.
I change it back to what I want it to be, but after a
while (working with other parts of the spreadsheet), it is
wrong again.
How can I stop excel from doing this?

Perhaps it because you frozen the window.
